We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring data security.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Employee Details: Employee information such as name, employee ID, department, and contact information is managed by your Employer through their ERP system and is not modified directly within the App.

Financial Information

• Pay Slips: Employees can view monthly pay slips in the App, which are sourced directly from the Employer's ERP system.

Attendance and Leave Details

• Attendance Records: Employees can view their attendance history, including work hours and absences. Information is sourced directly from the Employer's ERP system.
• Leave Information: Leave balances sourced directly from the Employer's ERP system is available within the App. Leave requests and approvals are managed within the Employer's ERP system

Documents and Announcements

• Published Documents and Announcements: The Employer may share company documents and announcements via the App for employees to access. Information is managed with Employer's ERP system

Grievance Submissions

• Text and Voice Grievances: Employees may submit grievances to their HR department through text or voice. These submissions are accessible to the Employer and handled in confidence.

Mood Tracking

• Mood Submission: Employees have the option to submit a daily mood entry to support workplace wellbeing initiatives.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide access to your Employer's data, such as pay slips, attendance, and leave information.
• Facilitate communication by sharing announcements and documents published by your Employer.
• Enable grievance submissions to HR.
• Support the mood tracking feature as per your Employer’s wellbeing initiatives.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel within Classic Technologies and Business Solutions who require it for app maintenance and support. Your Employer is responsible for the management, control, and use of your data within the ERP system.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While we take measures to secure your information, please note that no electronic storage or internet transmission method is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

No data is stored within the App itself. All information, including pay slips, attendance, leave details, documents, announcements, grievance submissions, and mood entries, is sourced directly from the ERP system managed by your Employer. The App only displays information in real time from this system.

6. Your Rights

Please contact your Employer for any requests related to access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We act as a data processor, providing the App on behalf of your Employer, who serves as the data controller.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
